Interior

Disinfecting Station

All equipment and machinery that is brought into the premise is disinfected using a pressure washer and spray foam. Pressure washer hoses are hung from the ceiling cables to increase mobility and longevity of the hose. After the item is done being disinfected it can continue out through a garage door on the opposite side of the building

 

Danish Entry System

Personnel entering the Premise use a Danish entry system to change from dirty shoes to designated premise shoes. If personnel does not have designated premise shoes, they must use a footbath and booties to disinfect before entering the premise

 

Egg Washers

Eggs are washed and disinfected, after each gathering, before they are placed in the egg cooler for overnight storage.

 

Egg Cooler

Flats of eggs are transferred into stackable crates to make them easier to transport to the hatchery the next morning.

 

Lower Level

Equipment including golfcarts, water carts, and egg washers are stored on the lower level.

 

Upper Level

Additional equipment and supplies that need to be kept dry are stored on the upper level.

 

Parking

Located in at the entrance of the building, parking is available for any vehicles not entering the premise.

 

Equipment Ramp

Located on the upper side of the building, a equipment ramp is used to move machines and supplies in and out of the entry building.
